BWM launches new website.
BWM travelled to PNG to carry out chemical clean of industrial boiler for large PNG export business. The boiler was operating considerably below peak efficiency due to large silica based scale deposits.
A 69-year-old British broadcaster died on 29 January in the UK after contracting Legionnaires' disease. The man and two others who contracted the disease but recovered had been staying at a 5-star hotel in Dubai in mid-January.
Seven cases of Legionnaires' disease in Werribee, Victoria. Suspected cause was a nearby car wash which was subsequently closed down by authorities. This was said to be the first incident of such a contraction of the disease worldwide.
